Privacy Policy

Retro Car Racing for iPhone and iPad (bundle id retro.car.racing.nifah) is made and published by Hakan Karaduman, an individual developer and the controller of our own analytics data.

• The game works without optional analytics or ad attribution. Sharing is off until you turn on ANALYTICS & ATTRIBUTION in Settings. The update that adds Tenjin asks for a new choice through this toggle; a previous gameplay-only choice does not enable attribution.
• You can turn sharing off at any time. This stops new Pancar analytics and Tenjin event reporting and deletes pending Pancar events from the device. It does not automatically delete events already received by our server; contact us to request their removal.
• On iOS, enabling sharing can show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Allowing tracking lets Tenjin use the advertising identifier to measure ads for this game. If you decline or tracking is restricted, Tenjin receives no advertising identifier; limited attribution and Apple’s privacy-preserving attribution can still be available. You can change the system tracking permission in iOS Settings.
• Game Center is an Apple service. Its sign-in, permissions and privacy choices are managed by Apple. We do not send your Game Center identity to our analytics service.

Local best scores, race results, achievement progress associated with the active Game Center account, purchase-reporting markers, control and audio settings, and your analytics choice are stored on your device. If analytics is enabled, a bounded offline queue keeps events until they can be uploaded. An app-specific random installation ID is also stored locally. It is not an advertising ID, hardware identifier or Apple account ID. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to iOS backup and restore behaviour.

Only when you enable sharing, the game sends data to our own service at api.pancar.io to understand usage, improve balance and diagnose performance:

• A random installation ID, session and event IDs, event timestamps, app version and whether the build is a development, TestFlight or App Store build.
• Device model, operating system version, memory size, screen dimensions and device language. A country code derived by our server from the network request, associated with the random installation ID.
• Race mode, city, chosen controls, race starts and ends, scores, distance, duration, end reason, near misses, fuel, repairs, collisions, boost use and minute milestones.
• Foreground session duration, heartbeat events, frame-rate statistics and short error codes. We do not send free-form player text or full exception messages.

Events are associated with the random installation ID, so they are pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous. We do not link them to your name, Game Center account or advertising profiles. Network infrastructure processes your IP address to deliver and protect the service and derives a coarse country code for analytics. Our analytics database stores that country code, not the IP address. The game does not request device location permission or collect GPS coordinates or precise location. For completed city purchases, optional analytics includes the product ID, Apple transaction ID, price and currency. Pancar receives no payment-card details or signed receipt. There are no in-game advertisements.

When you enable sharing and the iOS tracking permission has an answer, the game uses Tenjin to measure which advertisements bring players to Retro Car Racing. It sends app installs and opens, plus first race, first completed race, first one-minute race and a return between 24 and 48 hours after installation. Tenjin processes device and advertising identifiers (IDFA only with Apple tracking permission, and the vendor identifier), IP address and approximate country, device model, operating system, app version, language and other device context for attribution and measurement. This can link app activity with advertising interactions outside our apps when tracking is allowed. The game also updates Apple SKAdNetwork engagement conversion values during the first 48 hours.

The same four milestone names are reported to Pancar using its own random installation ID. We do not send Pancar’s installation ID to Tenjin, or send Tenjin device identifiers or per-player campaign attribution to api.pancar.io. Pancar may import aggregate daily advertising spend and install totals from Tenjin; those reports do not identify individual players.

Tenjin is a separate measurement provider. See Tenjin’s Privacy Policy for its processing, retention and privacy rights. With sharing enabled, verified city purchases are also reported to Tenjin with the product, transaction, price, currency and signed Apple transaction for revenue validation and advertising measurement. Apple processes payment details; the game and Pancar do not receive card or bank details. Tenjin measures ads for this game shown elsewhere; there are no in-game advertisements.

İstanbul is free. Tokyo, Cairo and San Francisco are optional, permanent city unlocks available individually or together. Apple handles payment and verified purchase history through StoreKit. The game checks verified transactions to unlock cities and restore access on your Apple Account, including when optional analytics is off. No developer account is required. A local transaction marker prevents duplicate revenue reporting; purchase availability and refunds are governed by Apple. We do not receive your Apple Account credentials.

If signed in to Game Center, the game can submit race scores and achievement progress and show Apple leaderboards and achievements. Apple handles the account and leaderboard information under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Local records remain available without a network connection. Tilt steering reads motion on the device when selected; motion readings are not uploaded to our analytics service.

Optional analytics is processed with your consent. We use it for product analytics and technical improvement. Our infrastructure providers process it on our behalf; production analytics infrastructure is hosted in the United States, and the developer is based in Türkiye. Information can therefore be processed outside your country. We use HTTPS for uploads and restrict access to analytics administration. We do not sell your data or share it with data brokers. Pancar gameplay analytics is not linked to advertising profiles. The separate Tenjin integration supports advertising measurement as described above; device-level tracking is subject to Apple’s tracking permission.

Our service retains raw gameplay, purchase analytics and diagnostic events for up to 365 days and heartbeats for up to 90 days. Aggregated statistical reports may remain after raw events expire. To request access or deletion of data linked to your installation, open Settings, tap COPY PLAYER ID, and email it to us. That ID helps us find the correct Pancar records without asking for your Game Center identity. It is not Tenjin’s device identifier. Contact us about Tenjin data requests too; we will help route them to Tenjin without asking for Apple account credentials.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already performed with consent.

We do not ask for names, email addresses, contacts, photos, microphone access, precise location or health information to play. Analytics is optional and off by default. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information where parental consent is required. A parent or guardian can contact us with the installation ID to request deletion. Apple provides separate parental controls for Game Center.

Support is available at Retro Car Racing support. If you email us, we use your email and message to handle your request and retain them only as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. This policy may change when features or data practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
