Retro Car Racing is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These notes explain the game’s features and support; they do not limit mandatory consumer rights or replace that agreement.

İstanbul is free. Tokyo, Cairo and San Francisco can be purchased separately or as a single non-consumable bundle. The App Store shows the local price before purchase. Each unlock is a one-time payment with no subscription. The bundle price is not reduced for individual cities already owned. Apple handles billing, purchase approval and refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Restore eligible purchases using the same Apple Account. Access is granted after transaction verification and can be removed after a refund or revocation.

Do not modify submitted scores, interfere with the game or its services, or attempt unauthorized access. Leaderboards use separate rule sets for Classic and Modern. Local scores, online services and rankings may change as the game is updated. Game Center availability and account use are subject to Apple’s terms.

Local progress and settings are stored on your device and may be lost when the app is removed. Online features require connectivity and can be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Optional analytics and your choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.
